Summertime, and the kitties are snoozing,

It's really hard to work on anything requiring concentration, when there's this in your line of sight, including the cutest gentle little wheezy snores you can imagine.

I eventually had to bail out and move, or I'd be dragged under. The movement ended up being some macro photos for next Monday, then a bike ride up and around the reservoir. It's been a long time. Then BBQ halibut and salad for a late lunch.

And as a bonus, the ospreys that live near the skipping stone bridge in East Village. Same shot, different zoom. I didn't have the right lens with me. I was actually taking the shot for the clouds, then one of them stood up to fluff it's feathers.
