I haven't done a lot of video, and certainly don't think of myself as a videographer. But time lapse videos can be fun. One night during the Yukon trip I looked outside the cabin to see a ribbon of light across the sky. My buddy Neil explained it was STEVE. I set up the camera to get a series of photos. Here's the time lapse video of it, only 6 seconds long, mainly to see if it all works. There is a longer one with other stuff. Then there's aurora coming. Stay tuned.
Hmm. I saved that as 16x9, and that's how it displays on Youtube, but not here. Stupid Blogger. You can see it in Youtube here.
Steve is cool. But why "Steve"?
ReplyDeleteI have been a fan of time lapse for decades - Cheers, Sean
