Only 20 minutes. And Chocolate!

I haven't been on the bike for a while now, letting my knee do it's thing. Hopefully that involves healing up. Today I decided to try an easy easy spin, just to see how it feels. I lasted 20 minutes before I started getting twinges and aching, so I stopped.

Did my core, 3 x 100 crunches and leg exercises, 30 minutes. Iced the knee. Now comes Stargate Univers and munchies.

Oh, and Linda found a great chocolate item at the Kingsland Farmers Market. Check it out.

  2. Thanks so much for the tips! I have a really hard time with kick drills as well and I'm so slow it's painful! haha. Anything that can help is good for me!

  4. God DAMN it! I'm at work where our access to YouTube is NOT blocked but it might as well be because our bandwidth? Suck city, once the patrons come in at 9:30. So I didn't see whatever tricks that block of chocolate did.

    So, uh ... good job on the other stuff.

    I rode MY bike for TEN minutes this morning. FWIW.
