I slept quite well, and felt pretty good getting out of bed, so I hit the pool.
1500 m 30, smooth and easy.
Now that I'm at work, my back is starting to tighten up. Good thing I'll be standing most of the day. I hope. I'll be doing the bear thing, you know, rubbing up against door frames to work and massage my back muscles.
Glad to hear you didn't wake up in a frozen fetal position! You need one of these massage chair pad things I have. They are about $150 (at Sears) and you just place it on any chair and plug it in. It's got these two things that feel like big thumbs that go up and down your spine. You can pause it wherever you want to really get the kinks out. I swear by mine!
