No brainer this time. We were driving from Napier to Lake Taupo, crested a range, and I shouted "STOP THE CAR!!" to myself. Fortunately there was a pullout or I'd have been in agony looking for a spot wide enough to stop. Normally I don't like power lines in landscape photos, but I think it works this time.
I took some time getting various shots, mostly standing on a pile of gravel on the edge of a long way down through some nasty bushes. Then later, about 100 m down the road there was an even nicer viewpoint, except the light and mist had changed.
