Driftwood of the Day
I didn't see it at the time, but I wish I'd moved a bit to the left, so the arch of the wood would be mirrored in the arch of the blue sky under the cloud.

ReplyDeleteThe form of the log is very appealing, along with its silver grey colour and the barnacle like knots. All the colours and textures work well together. I am curious though, why you placed the top of the log at the horizon line? The exacting placement generates a tension that is not in the rest of the images and I think works against the image’s “flow”. Cheers, Sean
